We offer 2 types of pick up locations:
Curbside ~ you bring trash to the curb. We offer many different plans from low volume to unlimited household. We also offer 96 gallon carts or you may provide your own cans. Please call in if you have any extra, such as couches, etc. Please call in for more details.
Back Door Service ~ you can place your trash where you want such as by your garage or back patio etc. For back door, trash must be bagged and light enough to carry within one trip. Also distance must be within reason or will have to have permission from customers to back down drive. If you have extra please put it at the curb. There is a extra charge for this service.
Meta Waste provides great residential services for our customers. Our rates have no hidden charges such as environmental fees or fuel costs.
You are limited to the plan that you choose for each collection day. If you generate more then your limit, please call our office.
Use plastic trash bags or watertight containers equipped with handles and tight-fitting covers. Trash placed in containers must be bagged to ensure your trash can is emptied completely, and avoid a mess.

Your material will be collected on your regularly scheduled collection days unless that day falls on New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. In the event your collection day falls on one of these holidays or we experience inclement weather, your collection will be delayed. Large, bulky items and appliances must be scheduled for collection by calling our office at (330) 265-8937 weekdays, between 9 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ~ Large, bulky trash items, such as mattresses, box springs, sofas, and dressers should be placed next to your trash containers or bags at the curb. Please consider donating your useable items to a charitable organization.
*Sharps Containers are accepted only from residential customers. Residential customers can place needles, syringes, lancets and other sharp objects in puncture-proof, hard plastic containers you can't see through. Or use metal containers with lids; reinforced with tape. Lids that screw on tightly are best. Never put sharps objects in with your bagged trash this can injure your trash collector. Then place the sealed container with your trash never in a recycling bin. No other Medical waste is accepted.
